Shipping

  • Ships from: our warehouse in the United States.
  • Ships to: US addresses only.
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, Amazon logistics, and other carriers.
  • Cost: Standard Shipping is $6.99, or FREE on orders of $20 or more. Every bundle is over $20, so bundles always ship free.
  • Delivery time: orders typically arrive within 3–8 days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email us right away.

Returns & refunds

Unopened items: 30-day returns

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  1. Email wangbiheng001@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. After we receive and check the return, we'll issue your refund.

Return shipping for unopened returns is paid by the customer. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Opened items

For health and hygiene reasons, opened dietary supplements can't be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund you at no cost to you. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
